As part of the Saint-Gobain Group, Gyproc and Isover Ireland is seeking a VIE to join the team as a Product and Systems Manager and help support and manage our diverse product portfolios and projects.

As part of the team, you will be able to take part in:
* Portfolio Development: Identifying new opportunities and trends through market studies and benchmarking. Leading product launches, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful market entry;
* Project Management: Leading projects from start to finish and coordinating internal and external teams to achieve project goals efficiently (product testing, supplier switch, audit and compliance…);
* Creative Content Development: Developing compelling content, including catalogues, product documentation, installation videos, case studies, and more. Collaborating with partner agencies to bring our documentation to life;
* Product analysis: Conducting insightful product analyses to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements;
* PIM/DAM Management: Overseeing Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to optimise our processes and ensure data integrity;
* Managing day-to-day product portfolio requests: Including product inquiries, samples, complaints, etc. to ensure smooth operations and good portfolio management.
In this role, you will work on a variety of projects that go beyond the office. You'll visit our factory, meet with customers, and explore our innovation centre to gain hands-on experience and drive innovation. This position combines strategic planning with practical execution, giving you a full view of our operations and market impact.
This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.

* You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* You have a first experience in related activities (project management, marketing or business).

* You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* You want to be given responsibility and the scope to push your skills and abilities in a supporting environment.
