We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading homecare provider in the North West and Midlands.
The Area Manager will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, managing local managers while providing a customer-driven culture within site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and retain working relationships with key client stakeholders.
2. Manage staff performance and employee relations issues, implementing improvement plans that provide opportunities for growth.
3. Ensure all legal requirements for health and safety are met in accordance with HIQA and HSE standards.
4. Support new business generation and service expansion.
Required Qualifications:
1. Essential understanding and experience in the healthcare industry.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and evaluate solutions.
