The Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in our growing global presence, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across EMEA, USA & APAC. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, requiring a mix of business acumen, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & HR Strategy
1. Act as a strategic HR partner to the management team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and scaling best practices across a globally dispersed workforce.
2. Leverage HR data and insights to drive decisions and advise on workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent management.
3. Provide guidance on employment law and best practices, ensuring compliance while balancing business needs.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for designated client groups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
2. Apply recruitment best practices, interview techniques, employer branding, and innovative solutions to fill roles with the very best talent.
3. Use market data and workforce analytics to anticipate hiring needs and improve hiring effectiveness.
Employee Experience & Engagement
1. Act as a go-to people expert in the Dublin office, ensuring a positive employee experience.
2. Shape employee engagement strategies that enhance retention, well-being, and belonging across all locations. Drive DEI initiatives by embedding inclusive practices into HR processes and leadership development.
Performance & Leadership Coaching
1. Partner with leaders to embed a high-performance culture by coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and talent development.
2. Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, conflict resolution support, and proactive workforce planning.
3. Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues.
HR Innovation & Continuous Improvement
1. Identify and implement innovative HR solutions that enhance scalability, automation, and efficiency in a high-growth environment.
2. Leverage HR data to drive continuous improvement and elevate employee experience.
About You
1. People-Centric & Business-Focused: Passionate about creating a great employee experience while aligning people strategy with commercial success.
2. Experienced HR Professional: Proven track record as an HRBP or similar role, with expertise in strategic talent acquisition, performance enablement, and talent development.
3. Strong Communicator, Coach & Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence at all levels.
4. Solutions-Oriented & Change Leader: Proactive in identifying challenges, leading change, and driving innovative HR solutions.
5. Data-Literate & Insight-Driven: Ability to leverage HR analytics and business insights to influence decision-making and improve performance.
6. Knowledgeable in HR Compliance: Strong understanding of Irish employment law (global experience is a plus).
7. Resilient & Agile: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, navigating evolving business needs with confidence.
8. Commercially Minded & Strategic: Experience in sales- or tech-driven organisations, with the ability to tie people initiatives directly to business impact.
9. Education: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
