Head of HR - Midlands
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our clients' people strategy, ensuring the workforce is empowered, compliant with HIQA standards, and fully engaged in delivering exceptional service.
This pivotal role will spearhead HR initiatives across recruitment, retention, organisational culture, and growth. A seasoned professional with at least six years of managerial HR experience, preferably within service-oriented sectors, will lead initiatives promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in HR or a related field and be passionate about making a tangible difference and fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
