Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join Liberty IT's Talent Operations team as a contract Talent Administrator on maternity leave. You will be responsible for supporting the HR administration function and ensuring seamless employee onboarding, data integrity, and compliance with internal procedures and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and process data in various systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all systems are compliant with internal procedures and legislation.
* Serve as front-line contact for employee and external talent-related queries.
* Own the new joiner process, including right-to-work checks and system updates.
* Coordinate the process for employees leaving the organization, including exit interviews and system updates.
Working Relationships
You will work closely with the Talent Operations Manager and the wider Talent team to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and support managers in identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Experience working with large enterprise systems, such as Oracle and ServiceNow.
* Proven experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
* A minimum of three years' experience in an administration-focused role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Familiarity with Data Protection best practices and handling confidential data.
