Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture new client relationships through phone, social media, and email.
* Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers.
* Proactively generate leads and opportunities.
* Engage with Lyreco's existing customer base to introduce Nespresso Professional to businesses with 5-50 employees.
* Efficiently manage a pipeline of potential customers, maintain activity reports, track sales progress, and book appointments.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to enhance our service offerings.
* Maintain daily updates in the CRM system.
The Ideal Inside Sales Representative will have:
* Demonstrated experience in outbound sales.
* Strong negotiation and selling skills at all levels.
* Knowledge of creating and developing a new business pipeline.
* Exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and ambition.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
