Role Information:
* Security and Surveillance: Monitor premises during the night to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular patrols of all hotel areas, including lobby, corridors, and external grounds.
* Guest Assistance: Assist late-arriving guests with check-in, inquiries, and immediate needs. Serve as a point of contact for guest support during non-business hours.
* Property Maintenance: Perform routine checks on building systems, ensuring HVAC functionality. Report issues like leaks or malfunctions for prompt resolution.
* Communication and Reporting: Maintain communication with the front desk and relevant departments, providing updates on incidents or activities. Compile and submit detailed shift reports to management.
Requirements:
* Understanding of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
* Excellent guest service skills and strong people skills.
* High attention to detail in customer care standards.
* Knowledge of Opera system.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.
