Job Description:
As AWS expands its Global Data Center footprint, our infrastructure standards continue to rise. We seek a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive remediation of issues found during our audit program. You'll work with multi-functional regional teams in EMEA, driving the teams to mitigate and ultimately remediate risks from Amazon's Colocation Data Center providers. The role requires expertise in Data Center Infrastructure and operations, Program Management, and analyzing complex data from multiple sources to form and present coherent strategies for our Global portfolio. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience reporting out progress at an SVP level. Tolerance of ambiguity is a must, as is the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
In this role, you will work comfortably with stakeholders from multiple teams, align priorities, and ensure all stakeholders work towards and deliver key milestones necessary for delivering data center infrastructure remediation for our customers at the right time and cost.
Our Technical Program Managers have high judgment, negotiation skills, the ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership skills. They clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote teams.

2. Formal certification or coursework in project management or equivalent (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2, etc.).
3. 5+ years of experience in project management.
4. Detailed understanding of Data Center technologies such as Power, Cooling, and Controls systems.
5. Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Must be well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure.
6. Demonstrable experience in programme delivery of large cross-functional programs, ideally within an infrastructure environment.
7. Proficiency with project management planning and reporting tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Data Center, networking engineering, systems engineering, or construction management background.
2. Experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects. Experience of data center design, construction, and fit-out projects a plus.
3. Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
4. Experience of delivering projects across multiple locations in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
