Provide quality technical support to 250 users across Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) Group systems, including Microsoft 365, WAN & LAN networks, Firewalls, VMWare & Windows Server, Windows 10/11, OS and Software patching, and varied business applications.
Key responsibilities include ensuring IT security best practices, supporting and maintaining HRI Local and Wide area networks, and providing out-of-hours support.

Required skills and experience include an IT degree, 1-2 years' experience as a computer technician, excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication skills, and experience with LAN/WAN networks.
