Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end execution of Gift with purchase, promotional bundle, and gift set coffret development
* Building and maintaining, tracking and monitoring our promotional projects performance through KPIs, such as accurate forecasting, anticipating budget drifts and executing plans in an actionable timeframe
* Conducting in-depth analysis of sell out performance to identify best practice execution and delivery. Providing feedback and revised proposals on how we can improve our value add gift with purchase and coffret offering
* Working closely with commercial teams to understand retailer needs in value-add promotion execution launch
* Leading LDB Ireland Christmas Gift Set projects, working closely with brand and retail teams to develop bespoke offering for LDB brands
* Managing LDB Ireland POS requirements and responsible for planning and executing POS for LDB campaigns. Briefing designs on both AW & production, finalising design and structure, raising cost PO, tracking timings & delivery
Requirements:
* Ability to network at pace and ensure the relevant stakeholders are identified and informed in a timely manner
* Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly
* Rigid P&L understanding and track record of delivering profitable sustainable growth
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven track record of building effective relationships with complex senior leadership teams
* Previous experience of working directly with Senior Leadership teams
* Demonstrable experience of working within the context of complex, matrix organization
* Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organisation
* Strong commercial acumen in addition to being creative with a proven ability of driving your ideas forward
* Confidence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (Essential), Working knowledge of Adobe Creative
