The job in a nutshell: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will assist in the management of facilities at our client site. You are responsible for ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of each site is to the highest standard. Your work will involve collaborating closely with the facilities manager and the client on various ad hoc tasks.
Main Duties:
* Assist in managing the facilities function while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Respond to soft service calls and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requests, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
* Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents.
* Maintain accurate reporting through monthly timesheets and operational reports.
Key Requirements:
* A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluency in English.
* Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed.
