Job Description for Professional Services IT Engineer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Professional Services Engineer who wants to forge an IT career with no upper limit.

Key Responsibilities:
* Escalation management from Level 1 + 2 + 3 Engineers
* Lead on incoming designated projects, including installation of Server hardware, Firewalls, core infrastructure, Wifi, cloud solutions, and Networks
* Work with Sales department and Project Manager to develop project plans and technical pre-sales
* Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to Customers at all times
* Mentor Level 1 + 2 + 3 Engineers and promote a culture where learning and customer service are of the highest priority
Requirements:
* Minimum BSc (Hons) in IT education
* MCSE experience and relevant qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
* Experience working closely with clients in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team
* Client / Account management experience in the IT industry
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with Office 365, Firewall setup, Vmware, Veeam, Hyper-V, Microsoft, Apple, Wireless Technologies
* Microsoft Certifications

We are EVAD Technology Group Ltd, based in Dublin head office and surrounding counties. We offer a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave, and the use of a pooled company vehicle for site visits. The standard hours of work are Monday-Friday between 8:45am-5:30pm, with overtime and out-of-hours available as needed.
