Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant and play a pivotal role in recruiting for health care staff to meet the staffing needs of the organisation. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their specific staffing requirements and ensure the right talent is placed in the right roles. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations, you’ll be integral to enhancing the quality of care within the health care sector. Responsibilities and Duties
* Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct thorough interviews and follow up on documentation requests with prospective candidates
* Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
* Advertise job vacancies on platforms to attract top talent for various roles
* Provide regular updates and detailed reporting to your stakeholders
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont. Occasional travel to our aged care facilities is a mandatory requirement as part of this role!

Key selection criteria includes:
* Previous experience within a high-volume recruitment role, ideally in a similar industry, is strongly desirable but not essential
* Previous experience with Success Factors is strongly desirable but not essential
* The drive to succeed and achieve for your stakeholders and for the organisation, and to grow and develop yourself both professionally and personally
In addition to the above requirements, you must possess or be willing to obtain:
* A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
* National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check
