About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up to provide administrative support to Subject Matter Experts in our Wealth Management and Capital Markets departments.
You'll assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other materials requested by SMEs, update issue logs, RAID logs, and relevant team materials, prioritize tasks based on urgency, schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to teams.
You'll also act as a liaison between team members and other internal parties, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks, and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by SMEs or senior team members.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or College.
* 2-3 years' experience in the Financial Services industry would be desirable.
* The ability to act as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry.
* A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
