Finance Director Role
The Finance Director will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be a key member of the senior leadership team. This position requires strategic financial leadership and management of all aspects of financial modelling, administration, reporting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial analysis and risk assessment to support the CEO in driving an ambitious growth strategy.
* Oversight and management of all financial operations to improve the organisation's financial performance.
Requirements:
* A professional accountancy qualification and five plus years of experience working at a senior leadership level.
* Confident and exceptional communication skills with ability to report at board level.
* High levels of leadership, strategic vision, detail orientation, collaboration, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
