We are currently seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our well-established client's kitchen team in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
About the Role:
The Junior Sous Chef will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality, managing kitchen inventory, and supervising junior staff members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a culinary environment.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
* Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Package on Offer:
