Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big-four accountancy firms as well as global banks.
At Circit, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with our customers, support and product teams and support us in our continued ambitious growth plans. This role will suit someone with excellent organisational & communication skills as well as a background in product delivery. You must be motivated and a self-starter, with a solid attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure agile best practices are followed.
* Collaborate with customer support and success teams to track product-related issues and ensure swift resolutions.
* Own the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring timely releases that meet quality standards.
* Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to translate feature requirements into execution plans.
* Manage and track product development timelines, identifying and removing blockers to keep teams on schedule.
* Act as the point person for cross-functional communication, keeping stakeholders informed on delivery progress.
Qualifications/Experience:
* 3-7 years of experience in product delivery, program management, or agile project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience leading sprints and managing backlogs.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools to track development progress.
* Experience triaging support issues and evaluating trade-offs between those issues and longer-term product initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies across a product lifecycle.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and removing roadblocks.
* Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs and timelines.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey updates, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
* Prior experience in product operations, program management, or technical project management is a plus.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in a SaaS startup environment particularly FinTech.
* Previous experience with ticketing systems such as Intercom.
* Previous experience with project management tools such as Asana.
