As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration such as NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating and filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

What we’re looking for?

1. Previous admin experience is desired but not essential
2. Customer service experience
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
