To excel in this role, you should have strong knowledge of BRCGS standards and expertise in HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and Quality Management systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer web-based platforms, are essential.

Desirable qualifications

* A third-level food-related degree

* Train the trainer certification

* Level 3 or above HACCP and Food Safety certificates
