Night Supervisor – Clayton Hotel Cork City
About the Role:
As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the hotel operations during the night shift which runs from 11 pm to 7 am. You will ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve:
* Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
* Guest relations.
* Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g. first aid.
* Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests.
* Supervising the Nights porter.
* Food & Beverage service at night.
* Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
* Contributing to the efficient running of the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
* Previous nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
* Fully flexible (Monday-Sunday, 5 days over 7, up to 39h per week).
* At least 2 years’ experience working within a customer/guest-facing position.
* Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
* A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
* The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
Successful candidate must have the following:
* Eligible to work in the EU.
* Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
