Data Analyst - 6 Month Contract - Dublin (Has potential movement to perm after)

This company is a reputable high-profile third-level institution within the public sector based in Dublin.
Your new role
* Plan, schedule and conduct a review of the end-user population of the Finance Systems
* Develop and maintain supporting process documentation
* Capture, analyse and document user access, authorities, and permissions within the Finance Systems
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders to assess and establish business requirements for all users within their areas of responsibility
* Provide ongoing guidance & feedback to key stakeholders
* Manage stakeholders’ issues, interactions, and expectations
* Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes
* Work with personnel within the Finance Office to implement new role structures
* Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes and contribute to efficiency improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
* Immediate joiner
* 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst
* Strong PowerQuery experience and Excel
* Experience with accountancy software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise manner
* Strong computer skills with a proficient working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Relevant experience in data management & validation
* Microsoft Excel and Power Query proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions/Power query features to analyse, manipulate, and present data effectively
* Proficiency in Tableau
What you'll get in return
* Pay rate between €56K-65K per annum - pro rata (Dependent on experience)

Eligibility
* Currently living in Ireland
* Irish experience is a must
* Flexible to work in a hybrid setting in Dublin
* Currently holding an EEA passport or valid Stamp 4 visa (Visa must be for duration of contract)
* Immediate starter (if possible)
