Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the construction site, including sub-contractors and ensuring the health and safety of personnel.
* Coordinate site labour and agency staff, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
* Assist the Site Manager in managing short-term programmes, ensuring timely completion in accordance with schedules.
* Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process, identifying and addressing any issues or problems that may arise.
* Deliver projects on time and to a high specification, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate document control, contributing to the success of our Integrated Management System (IMS).
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of residential builds and groundworks/civils experience, preferably with a focus on civil engineering projects.
* Excellent numeracy and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
* A valid full driving license and relevant site cards.
