We are currently looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master to work on a project based in Dublin. The Project is a large-scale program within Reference Data, focused on delivering technical solutions and business outcomes in a highly agile environment. The Dublin-based team is part of a broader strategy to scale operations in 2025, and the position of Project Manager / Scrum Master is integral to the program’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management & Project Delivery: Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring deliverables are planned and executed effectively while aligning with broader business goals.
2. Agile and Scrum Methodology: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when necessary and drive the team toward efficient delivery within an Agile framework.
3. Stakeholder Management: Manage and communicate with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
4. Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the key communication link across the program, preparing reports, updates, and presentations clearly and concisely.
5. Tech-Savvy with a Banking & Change Focus: Understand the banking sector, technical environments, and change management processes.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Technical Mindset: Comfortable engaging with technical teams and managing technical project elements.
2. Experience in Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects, preferably within banking or technology environments.
3. Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile practices and comfortable facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Team Scaling: Play a key role in shaping and leading team expansion in Dublin.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing expectations.
