Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: €35,000.00 - €40,000.00 Annual in line with experience
Location: Borris, Co Carlow
Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable:
o Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
o Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities and terms.
o Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Accounts Receivable:
o Assist in generating and sending out customer invoices.
o Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, escalating to account manager as necessary.
o Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
* Operations:
o Entering clock cards on system
o Preparation of weekly/monthly reports
o Maintain Job Book
o Assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft products and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
