A Financial Advisor role is available at Irish Pensions & Finance (IPF).
As a key member of the team, you will work with and learn from experienced financial advisors.
The initial duties involve reviewing and upselling existing customer benefit packages, setting up appointments for the team, and working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Approximately 80% of the business comes from the Public Sector, administering Union-sponsored salary-deducted AVC schemes.
With offices in Dublin 15, IPF covers the entire country, with more transactions happening remotely.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have one year of sales experience and consistently hit and exceed KPIs.
Key skills include making calls, listening to clients, building solutions, and working to targets.
The approach is consultative, focusing on giving clients correct advice through qualified and committed advisors.

* €60k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission) in Year 1

Education
An Education bursary of up to €6,000 is available for qualifying as a Financial Planner (QFA & CFP exams).
This role requires hybrid-based work, with time split between office and home.
Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training and induction purposes.
