Cpl HR recruitment are looking to hire a HR Manager for a public sector client in Westmeath. This contract will be initially for 3 months, with the possibility to extend or be made permanent. This role will be fully onsite, over a 5 day week.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR support and direction for the organisation
* Support with recruitment and retention initiatives
* Drive employee engagement programmes
* Guide on all areas of ER and IR cases and liaise with third parties when required
* Coach and develop HR team while creating and supporting with succession plans for the wider business
Experience and Skills Required
* 7+ years in HR in progressive roles
* Experience in driving and leading a team
* Degree in HR or other related subject (level 8 or equivalent)
* Exposure to a complex working environment would be ideal
* Experience in the public sector would be an advantage
* Strong IR experience required
