Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project plans and specifications are met. Interpret technical drawings, review for compliance with engineering standards, and work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and review technical drawings for compliance with engineering standards
* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
* Conduct site inspections, set out works, and ensure quality control
* Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and address any technical challenges
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed
* Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs
* Prepare reports, technical documentation, and method statements as required
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, or groundworks projects
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* A full, clean driving licence is essential
