RecruitmentPlus isseeking a Full-time OR Part-time Housekeeper/House Manager for a private residence in North Dublin/Louth border.
The role will involve working across various aspects of the household and offers an excellent working environment.
This is a fantastic role for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience within a 5-star hotel environment ideally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of this private residence(s).
Hours of work to suit the business requirements but flexible Monday to Friday standard working hours.
Very occasionally assisting when required at weekends.
Responsibilities include: Housekeeping and management of the private residence including Cleaning of the premises, organization of cleaning protocols Monitoring and procurement of any supplies, monitoring deliveries, liaising with suppliers Instruction of and overseeing service personnel ie.
Security firms, building contractors, maintenance, gardeners etc.
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience: Professional experience within a 5-star hotel ideally Several years of experience in a similar position Ability to work in a team and under pressure, professional attitude Very good knowledge of English Good communication and intercultural skills Duties of role will include: Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire house (s).
Maintain the home to a five-star standard, including maintaining cleaning requirements.
Arrange laundry/dry cleaning services.
Requirements: Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently Discreet, Honest, Flexible, Professional and a Pleasant disposition maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Solutions focussed with the ability to manage multiple projects Excellent references required.
Two strong references verifying experience and reliability.
Driver essential, with a valid clean driver's license.
Seeking someone looking for a long-term position.
Non-smoker Ability to care for the family residence with great attention to detail and integrity.
