Our client, a leading insurance company based in Dublin, is looking to expand their Claims function by hiring a Claims Coordinator. This role sits within a growing team and at an exciting time for the company, who are experiencing growth across the market in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling multiple claims cases, predominantly bodily injuries claims
* Completing thorough claims investigations
* Continual assessment of indemnity and liability, verification of policy provisions
* Identification and investigation of potential fraudulent claims
* Supporting the company's fraud strategy
* Preparing reports outlining the position of the claim, liability decisions, reserve estimates, and next planned actions
* Ensuring all activities comply with claims procedures, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Requirements
* APA minimum qualification, CIP desirable
* Relevant claims experience (preferably dealing with Bodily Injury claims)
* Prior knowledge and experience of Litigation processes and procedures
