Exciting opportunity opened in Cork for a Senior Pension Administrator. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Pension Administrator.
Your new role
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of group schemes, including liaising with corporate clients, processing new business applications, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. Your duties will include:
* Liaising with corporate clients regarding payroll, addition of new members, leavers, and ad hoc queries.
* Managing the processing of new business applications for group pensions and collaborating directly with Life Assurance companies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Communicating with clients over phone and email to provide updates on the progress of their application/s.
* Taking ownership of all aspects of our corporate client book, including providing quarterly updates to clients.
* Ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code regulations.
* Supporting Financial Advisors with any ad hoc administration duties.
Requirements for success
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
* QFA qualification (or near completion).
* Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering requirements and compliance procedures.
* 2-3 years of experience in the Pensions industry.
