Join us as Retail Store Manager
* You will own overall performance and running of the store.

* Be responsible for KPIs for store and teams in areas such as sales, stock, audit, and security.
* Responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits.
What else will the role involve?
You will make customers feel phenomenal by:
* Taking ownership of customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to resolve them.
* Promoting customer self-service through the My3 app.
* Engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range.
You will be responsible for driving sales:
* Motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and supporting.
* Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products.
* Engaging with our customers to match them to the appropriate products and services.
* Keeping a motivated and positive attitude when closing sales.
You will go beyond the expected:
* Supporting your team and manager.
* Participating in projects that support our people and customer experience.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Continuously looking for improvements in processes or services.
We appreciate each other by:
* Coaching and supporting our team.
* Ensuring store standards are met.
* Understanding Data Protection policies.
* Demonstrating responsibility for RLP policies and processes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong experience working in retail and managing store teams.
* Proven success in achieving targets and goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing a team in a customer-facing/service position.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Passionate about giving our Guests an outstanding experience in store.
* Managed inventory and controlled budgets.
* Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
* Coaching and mentoring teams comes naturally to you.
