Job Title: Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects in the Midlands region, specifically in Athlone, Mullingar, and Longford areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a site workforce safely and efficiently, adhering to high standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and trade contractors during design coordination workshops.
* Oversee construction operations on designated sites, ensuring compliance with building regulations where applicable.
* Work closely with appointed safety consultants to maintain adherence to safety regulations.
* Coordinate day-to-day site activities, including managing nominated subcontractors and liaising with head office for materials and labor.
* Perform daily and weekly safety checks, ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety protocols.
* Monitor construction programs, enabling subcontractors to complete their work according to contract timelines.
* Ensure quality checks are conducted at various stages of the build and QA checks are being carried out.
* Liaise with local authority representatives and assigned certifiers to obtain handover of completed phases.
