Due to strong growth in international markets, our client, a leading food company, is seeking a passionate and driven Export Manager with a love of good food and quality products to join their team.
This role will focus on managing and expanding key international accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that growth targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow business with existing international distributors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both new and existing markets.
* Select and professionally manage distributors, ensuring alignment with strict quality and partnership criteria.
* Develop and manage meaningful and long-term relationships with international distributors.
* Act as a key liaison for all international sales, marketing, and product development activities.
* Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, including onboarding, renewal, and termination decisions.
* Lead export-related NPD projects alongside marketing, insights, and innovation teams.
* Manage sales forecasting and demand planning for export markets.
Requirements:
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
* European language skills a plus (German preferred but not essential).
* Experienced Export Manager or International Account Manager, with at least 2 years’ experience in export sales.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
