Data & Product Analyst role requires close collaboration with the Product Manager to ensure our client's products and solutions are continually developed and enhanced according to customer and business needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop an understanding of company products to meet current and future needs.
* Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and ensure high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Work with the Head of Product Management to deliver the software development roadmap through outsourced developers.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into technical specifications for the development team.
* Create detailed test plans, cases, and logs for planned development items.
* Conduct thorough regression testing (manual or automated).
* Provide clear feedback on testing or system bugs for the technical team.
* Project manage new feature and bug fix implementation.
* Create release notes for internal and external teams.
* Develop training materials and deliver updates to internal teams.
* Offer post-implementation support addressing customer issues and defects.
* Analyze and transform data sets to create integrated models, dashboards, and reports.
* Develop visual content including tables, charts, and graphs.
* Provide guidance to internal and external parties.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
* Experience using Data Visualization/BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is advantageous.
* Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with industry-standard delivery tools (e.g. JIRA) are beneficial.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/QA engineer/Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
* Some project management expertise is a plus.
* Familiarity with automation scripts using open-source tools is advantageous.
