Role Overview
We seek an Inclusion Assistant to support our UK and European offices.
This role reports to the Inclusion Executive and helps implement the Inclusion strategy, action plans, and awareness days.
You will be part of a 10-member team spread across the UK, with the SESG team split across three UK offices: London, Manchester, and Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the D&I calendar and promote awareness days, communicating with key stakeholders and other departments.
2. Arrange meetings, organize agendas, and take minutes.
3. Update and maintain inclusion webpages and intranet pages.
4. Create marketing and communication materials.
5. Support the monitoring and progress of business services inclusion action plans.
6. Measure and evaluate inclusion initiatives.
7. Provide support during events.
8. Manage the inclusion inbox and respond to queries.
9. Provide administrative support to the Inclusion Executive and wider team.
Experience & Skills
