Cullen & Co. Solicitors are seeking a mature and dedicated person to fulfil the role of
a full-time receptionist.
The firm is a busy general practice in Dublin 8 dealing with all private client matters
including conveyancing, property, probate, litigation, family and general commercial
and employment matters.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting clients;
* Answering and directing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency;
* Handling client queries with efficiency and confidentiality;
* Managing appointment schedules and ensuring seamless organisation of meetings;
* Email management and reception software operation;
* Arranging outgoing and incoming post;
* Maintaining client files, to include photocopying, scanning and filing (paper and electronically);
* Assisting with office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
* Ad hoc digital dictation and copy typing of documents to support the team.
Requirements:
* Excellent professional etiquette and telephone manner;
* Courteous approach to clients and colleagues;
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure;
* Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work;
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience essential.
