About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic accounts and clients, including those in construction, planning, architecture, specification, and end-user sectors. This role requires a driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and technical skills. Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic account plans to foster long-term partnerships and maximize value for assigned key accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as product introductions, process improvements, and project expansions.Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and margins.Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reports and analyses to senior management.Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals, effectively showcasing the value of our clients products and solutions.Provide expert technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, conducting site visits, and offering guidance on cleanroom furniture solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and R&D) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and strengthen relationships. Qualifications and Experience A Bachelors degree is preferred.Proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management, ideally in a technical or construction-related field.A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives in a competitive environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.A results-driven work ethic and a passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
