Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mid-Level Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence within the Irish design and construction sectors. The successful candidate will focus on promoting our innovative interiors products, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architect and design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion:
o Identify and target new sales opportunities within the design and construction markets.
o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Strategy Execution:
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
4. Product Promotion:
o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our interiors products, highlighting their innovative qualities and benefits.
o Conduct product demonstrations, CPD and training sessions for clients and industry stakeholders.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
o Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs.
o Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
6. Sales Targets and Reporting:
o Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management of progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors products, design, or construction sectors.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the Irish design and construction market is an advantage.
