Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with staff scheduling and travel management for office and site staff.
2. Greet office visitors, managing incoming calls to the main office.
3. Act as the person of contact for office management (external vendors, IT equipment, service providers, mails, etc.).
4. Help the HR department and managers with onboarding activities (share the relevant information, welcome the newcomer, order relevant materials, help on IT set-up, etc.).
5. Purchasing duties to cover procurement when required i.e. with accommodation, travel.
6. Executing social media strategy and publishing and sharing content on social media platforms and the company website.
7. Operational support to different departments.
8. Project support for the on-boarding of subcontractors and staff.
9. Managing emails, calendars and filing.
10. General administration & ad hoc projects.
What You'll Need To Succeed

3. Computer literacy including MS Office
4. A willingness to learn
5. Self-motivated and autonomous
6. Work well under pressure
7. Possess excellent problem-solving skills
