Our client is a large and well-regarded professional services firm who are growing their Management Consulting department covering areas such as Project Management, Change & Transformation, Finance Transformation, and Data Analytics. They are currently hiring at Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager levels.

Who should apply?
The successful candidates will have the following experience:
* Project Management / Transformation / Data or Business Analyst experience of 4 -10 years
* Experience in Professional Services beneficial but not essential
* Experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments, Funds) or Industry (Pharma, Tech, Public Sector etc.)
* Experience in Operations, Strategy, Systems Implementation, Data or Change projects
* Relevant qualification beneficial (e.g. Lean, SCRUM, Prince2)
* Accountants looking for more of a project management role
Role and Reporting Lines
Sitting within a large mixed Consulting division, you will play a lead role in the delivery of business-focused solutions to a wide range of Financial Services and Industry clients. Your work will vary depending on your skillset and interest, but the range of work includes:
* Developing an understanding of client and work stream operations, processes, and business objectives
* Project management (MS Project, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM)
* Business transformation and Change management
* Finance function transformation
* Tech-enabled regulatory change
* Addressing and solving business strategy problems
* HR Transformation
* Contributing to internal reporting requirements, project plans, project status reports, RAID logs, management updates, and other reports as required
* Target Operating Model development and organisation structure reviews
