Job Title: Manager of Account Management
Kaseya is the leading provider of complete IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide powered by AI.
The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin and will oversee a team of 6-10 account managers. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Italian market.
This role is an on-site position, our office is located in One IFSC 1,, Custom House Quay Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6-10 account managers.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
* Be proactive in your approach with the team, collaborating with our partners to ensure they succeed.
Account Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the DACH region.
* Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Market & Customer Insight:
* Maintain a deep understanding of the Italian market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Utilize market insights to inform account strategies and business decisions.
Operational Excellence:
* Oversee daily operations of the account management team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track team performance and client satisfaction.
* Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
* Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of managing and growing accounts in the Italian market.
Skills & Competencies:
* Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
