We are currently working with an international Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Relationship Manager Senior Assistant to join their team. This role will require strong administrative and organisational skills.
Role Duties Include:
1. Provide fundamental support in all phases of client service and account maintenance to assist the business activities of RM’s.
2. Provide administrative support to RM’s and/or Management by maintaining existing accounts through excellent client service.
3. Assist with all aspects of account opening, amendments and closures as directed by RM’s.
4. Support the Front Office in the performance of the periodic KYC Client Review.
5. Handling any documentation, AML reviews, presentation preparation and mailings, as required.
Requirements
6. Previous experience in the Financial Sector essential.
7. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Sensitivity in dealing with confidential business and client-related information.
10. Knowledge and experience of client service skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
