Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Lead to oversee the reliability and performance of our applications. In this role, you will handle incident and problem management, access control procedures, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a streamlined operational support process from initiation to resolution.
* Lead the management of incidents and problems, ensuring swift identification, investigation, and resolution.
* Oversee access management protocols, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
* Coordinate change management activities to support smooth application updates and new feature rollouts.
* Collaborate with development teams to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and optimize system performance.
* Create and manage a dashboard, leveraging tools like ServiceNow, to monitor real-time application performance, incidents, and system changes.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with system monitoring and log analysis to detect irregularities.
* Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
* Experience in diagnosing and resolving application performance and infrastructure challenges.
