Your Role:
Strategic Project Planning and Management:
You will develop and oversee comprehensive project plans through the coordination of various teams during all project phases, from initial design and development through to implementation.
Monitor project progress continuously and prepare detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Lead project review meetings with stakeholders and management to ensure alignment across project portfolio
Resource Management and Capacity Planning:
Assemble and coordinate project team members across various functions
Manage project team members, including third-party contractors or consultants, ensuring project resources are utilized effectively.
Analyse and forecast project needs to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
Develop capacity planning models to predict resource needs based on project requirements and timelines.
Ensure that the necessary infrastructure, dependencies and resources are in place to meet project demands, adjusting plans as necessary based on changing project needs
Manage, coordinate and maintain environment plan and schedules as required
Advanced Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Prepare and deliver high-level reports regarding project status for PMO & Steer Committee
Risk Management:
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risk, and devise contingency plans.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
About You:
You will have a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least an implementation type project related to Oracle Cloud.
Proven experience in managing small to large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and teams
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud services, including but not limited to ERP, HCM,
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and integration processes
