Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
* Delivering exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
* Handling multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing workload, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Working closely with workshop technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service operations.
* Diagnosing customer issues and suggesting appropriate solutions using strong problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the motor industry, preferably in a service advisor role or a customer-facing automotive position.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information in a simple and understandable way.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with automotive dealership management systems.
* A full, clean driving license is essential.
