Our team is dedicated to Safety, innovation, sustainability, and excellence.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage Utilities & Groundworks projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in groundworks and construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities
•Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
•Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
•Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
•Develop full-scale project plans and ensure timely and accurate project tracking and reporting.
•Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders effectively.
•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
•Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
•Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Qualifications and Skills
•Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in Utilities, groundworks and site development.
•Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and technology.
•Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•Commercial awareness with ability to work within strict budgets.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
