Front of House Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a strong administration background to join our dynamic team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage onsite facilities to ensure they are functional and well-maintained.
* Assist in academic, sales & marketing activities from an administration capacity.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
* Handle emails and inquiries with a proactive and positive customer service attitude.
* Manage resident arrivals and departures, including signing licenses, issuing keys/fobs, and producing photo IDs.
* Address issues or complaints promptly, escalating to the Operations Manager when necessary.
* Update files & systems with relevant information, including issuing warnings/notices, invoices, refunds.
* Perform general administration procedures, including photocopying, filing, post, etc.
* Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy, with all necessary stationery & materials in stock and in working order.
* Undertake other duties not specifically stated which may be necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
* Solid background in administration or customer service.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
* Flexibility to adjust to varying hours during summer months and cover evening or weekend shifts when necessary.
