Legal Receptionist Dublin 1 Legal Firm Profile Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team in a full-time office based role.
The candidate should be enthusiastic, professional and have a high level of attention to detail.
The successful candidate should have good typing skills, telephone manner and communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities: Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner; Management of the Reception area and all incoming calls; Typing, filing, file management, photocopying and scanning; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and work to strict deadlines; Strong work ethic; Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential and experience as a secretary is also desirable, preferably in Litigation; Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation; Case management experience in Keyhouse desirable; Ability to multitask; Excellent organisational, communication and telephone skills.
