We are seeking an experienced Part-time Food & Beverage Manager to join our client based in Bandon, Co. Cork.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the smooth running of the food and beverage department while ensuring exceptional customer service is provided. You will work in a busy bar and restaurant, serving food and beverages to customers, taking orders, rotating stock, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience working in bars and restaurants.
* Excellent Communication, Organization, and Time Management skills.
* A well-presented and friendly, customer-oriented manner.
* A flexible attitude to shifts as this role involves working 20 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends/bank holidays.
* Experience with credit card transactions and cash handling.
* Flexible working hours, working 20 hours per week.
* Potential to make good tips.
