We are seeking a Cook to join our team at Greenmount House, a family-oriented bar and dining restaurant in Drogheda.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a kitchen or deli environment. They must be available to work 12pm-9pm with a 45-minute break.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes.
* Ensure that food is prepared and cooked to the correct specifications.
* Follow food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses.
* Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
* Communicate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and cooking of dishes.
* Operate and maintain cooking equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, and grills.
* Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations.
